Manufacture process: Cold draw or Cold roll, Annealed, and Pickled.

Testing: Visual Check for surface, and Micrometer for the W. T and O. D.
Spectral Analysis to test the Chemical Composition.
Eddy Current Test or Hydrostatic Test in accordance to specification A999/A999 M.
Ultrasonic test can be done by customer's request.
Mechanical Property test of Tensile Strength, Yielding Point, Elongation and Flattening test by Mechanical Test Machine and Hardness by Rockwell test.

Specification: O. D: 1/8- 20 inch, W. T: 1-30MM or Non-regular sizes as requested.
Length: To be Specific or Random.
Packing: With plastic cap to protect both ends, and plastic bag wrapped Outside the pipe, then Bundles to be covered by polythene & strapped Securely. If require, then pack into wooden box.
Delivery time: 30-60 days depend on Quantity.
Payment terms: T/T, L/C.
Way of transportation: CIF, FOB, CNF.
